Defender Andrew Milne has joined League Two side Darlington on an emergency loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old links up with former United assistant manager Steve Staunton at Darlington for the second time this season.

The centre-back spent a period on loan at Darlington earlier in the campaign, but his stay was reduced to just one appearance due to injury.

Former United youngster Simon Madden is also currently with Darlington.
